What are SPRIG's faux flowers and botanicals made from?

SPRIG's everlasting blooms and botanicals are made from a variety of materials, selected from the highest-grade silk and synthetics like PVC.  They may be coated with latex or wax to preserve product quality and ensure longer-lasting color.  Please rest assured all materials are non-toxic and safe for the home. 


How do I care for my faux flowers and botanicals?

We recommend that they be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods of time and dusted periodically. 

Faux flowers need to be cleaned as often as any other accessory in the home. Use a duster or a hair dryer set on a low, cool setting. Cool air is better since the hot air may change the form of the flower by warming the material.

You can use a can of compressed air and blast the air into the blossoms, holding the flowers upside down so that the dust doesn’t settle back on the piece. 

For orchid blossoms and leaves made of latex covered fabric, use a damp cloth (with water) to wipe down the petals and leaves. Since the fabric is protected, the blossoms and leaves will not change color or form.

Why are the stems bent?

Don’t worry if the stems are bent - they’re made to! Within the stems are wires that allow you to shape it any way you like. Feel free to mold to your favorite vase, or get creative with how you display. Simply bend the stem back to return to its normal shape.

Can I cut the stems?

We suggest you do not cut the stems yourselves, as its core is made of wire. Should you have any specific requests in the stem’s height, please let our team know by emailing info@sprigflorals.com. We will do our best to help cut the stems to your desired length, if it is possible. Please note sales with special requests will be final.

Are vases, containers or ceramics included?

No, products are sold as stems or bouquets, not including the props we may have used in the photography. We currently do not stock any of the vases, containers or ceramics, but stay tuned for new developments!

Do you offer gift wrapping and special messages?

All SPRIG packages are gift wrapped with tissue paper, free postcards and box. If you wish to include a personal note, please email info@sprigflorals.com immediately after placing your order.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer standard shipping to the The United States of America and across Asia Pacific. Should you require shipment to other countries or regions, please contact us at info@sprigflorals.com for special arrangements. Your order can delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.


When will my purchase ship?

We want you to have your new order as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. In the case an item is out-of-stock, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at info@sprigflorals.com to see if a modification can be made.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express through STRIPE, and orders through Paypal. All transactions are in US Dollars. All payments made on www.sprigflorals.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.


How do I order in bulk? Do you accept wholesale requests?
