While SPRIG maintains high quality control standards, there may be slight variances in the product you receive, as each piece is hand-crafted. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an order you have made, please email to arrange your refund within 10 business days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not cover the delivery and handling cost of returns. If you received an incorrect order or the item is damaged, shipping will be credited. Used merchandise cannot be returned. 

All of our designs are carefully inspected and sent to you with secure packaging. Please file a claim directly to the shipping company if any visible damage to the package results in damage to the product. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep all packaging materials and boxes for inspection. 


Returning Merchandise By Mail

Please contact us if you plan to return a purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and Return Form. Orders returned will receive a refund or exchange for the merchandise only. Duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded.

On the form provided with your Return Authorization Code, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the form with your item(s) you would like to return.

We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us. We therefore recommend that you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.


Packaging your Return

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.  Items can only be returned if they're in pristine condition and in the original packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. 


Terms & Conditions

  • Unwanted items must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item.

  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

  • Please note that replacement items or refunds can not be issued until we have received the original items back to our warehouse.

  • We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

  • All refunds will be made in USD and SPRIG Florals will not be held responsible for any changes or fluctuations in the exchange rates or fees incurred by your banking institution.
